50/50 Terms & Conditions

The Brody's Trust 50/50 Club Lottery is a monthly prize draw organised to raise funds for Brody's Trust. Participants purchase entries into the draw, with proceeds supporting the charity’s work.

Each entry costs £5 per month, with a minimum participation of £5 (one entry). Participants may purchase multiple entries if they wish.

Payment for entries is collected monthly on the 15th of each month using the payment method provided at the time of registration, typically by card. By entering the lottery, participants authorise recurring monthly payments until cancellation is requested.

Entries must be active and successfully paid before the 15th of the month to be included in that month’s draw. If a participant signs up after the 15th of the month, their payment will be collected on the next scheduled collection date and their entry will be included in the following month’s draw.

Entries are automatically renewed each month. Participation will continue, and payments will be collected monthly, until the participant requests cancellation.

The lottery draw takes place on the 20th of each month. All active and successfully paid entries for that month are included in the draw.

The lottery operates as a 50/50 draw, meaning that 50% of the total entry funds collected for that month form the prize pot, with the remaining funds supporting Brody's Trust.

The winner will be notified directly by Brody's Trust via email or telephone using the contact details provided at the time of entry.

Participants must provide accurate contact and payment details to enter. Brody's Trust reserves the right to refuse or cancel entries where payment cannot be processed.

Participants may cancel their entry at any time by notifying Brody's Trust. Cancellation will prevent future payments but will not affect entries already paid for the current month.

Brody's Trust reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or make operational changes to the lottery where necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to participants.
